Day 1 of my 40 day journey....
Okay in order for me to get through this I have to have the following....#1 My Bible #2 My Prayer book ( Prayers That Rout Demons by John Eckhardt) #3 My Hip-Hop Abs tape (Don't sleep on it. It is GREAT.....GO Sean T) #4 Lots of fruit and Veggies #5 Protein. Today I worked it out and will do my tape tomorrow. I am drinking lots of water and doing facials twice a month. I will start doing the tape 2x a day instead of once because I love intensity....My late night snacks are now fruits:) Chow until tomorrow!!!!
