Ciara was spotted out in NYC wearing a cropped leather fur lined jacket (which I love) and a pair of Tory Burch Trigg Mid-Calf Lace-up boots ($425). This pebbled leather workman inspired boot features fringe kiltie detailing on a 4″ wooden stiletto heel.
